well here is a nice little collage of pictures of me in my original kimono. I designed it and sewed it together. It is lined with a soft material so the brocade would not irritate my skin. I love this outfit and I often wear it.

I am absoulutly tickled by these pictures, especially because you can see the freckles on my face. I thank consplayers.com for that one. And in that lower one I am being almost groped by my friend Mandi. That was pretty funny.

Interesting design. The contrast of the stripes on the brocade definitely draws the eye in those directions. Well done.

Thank you, I thought the fabric types went quite well together, I really like kimonos and wanted a different one to wear, its actually pretty warm too.

It looks nice, but just so you know, kimono are supposed to be closed so that the left panel is on top. The way you're wearing it is the way they dress the body at a funeral. @_@

Thank you very much, I really like it.

Sewing just takes alot of practice, I have been sewing for about 10 years (so since I was 10) and sometimes you just wanna hurl the sewing machine across the room.
